Try this
 
1.
In cell D4, enter 525000
2.
In cell D8, ente =D4*(1+D6)^11
3.
While on cell D8, go to Data .
What-if Analysis > Goal Seek
4.
Set Cell: D8, To a Value of: 1200000, By changing cell: D6
 
When you click on OK, result will be 7.8% (Fomatted as % age)
